‘Gone til’ SEPTEMBER’
Isaiah 43:18 - 19: “But forget all that — it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness.” Living in the south of France has be monumental for the next chapter in my life. Uninterrupted time for self. Quality time with God. Time with me. This time has gifted my self fulfillment, redefinition of self. Reclaiming what is most important in my life. Self Love. Learning the art of Being. Existing. Within this journey, my ideation, conceptualization, innovation and vision has evolved. Amazed at how thoughtful and vulnerable introspection leads to a higher sense of human responsibility and connectedness. ‘Gone til’ SEPTEMBER’ combines naturalism and surrealism to express and showcase the beginnings of a Man rediscovering his Light.
‘HERE’
James 1: 2-4: “Dear Brothers and Sisters, when troubles come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So, let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” ‘HERE’ is my definition of transmuting my trails into vibrant illuminations. This is my process of rediscovering myself and learning from all of my experiences. This is the work. Truly and Honestly exercising my faith even when I don't know what God has in store for me. Fully leaning on HIM when I don’t see the light or have the answers. Over the years, I’ve fully dedicated my thoughts, words and actions to reflect my Faith. With that, I’m reminded to take time to nurture myself. The clarity this breeds is overwhelmingly peaceful. Calming, in fact. Finally understanding that Living is the true process of art. The good, the bad, and the indifferent is all necessary for growth. So thankful and grateful to surrealize and share what Peace and Life look like for Me.
‘THERE’
Matthew 7: 7-8: “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on Knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.” My Soul, Mind, Heart and Hands are stretched to you. Mediating and visualizing our aligned mission. I move when you say move. I am the tool you sharpen for our divine work. Deep in meditation for our connection. Making time feel relative. The time to allow the vision to crystallize within so I can proceed and take action. To be filled with your Love and Grace so I can share it. Giving all of my positive energy for those who are willing to receive it.
‘LAVANDE’
Isaiah 41: 10: “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” ‘LAVANDE’ has such a deep meaning to me. This piece is extremely intimate and holds more of my heart and soul than I imagined. As I read the verse from Isaiah 41:10, I immediately began crying tears of joy inside my Bible. I remember 4 years ago when I began my mediation practice, I slipped into a deep session. During this session, I was walking with a dread headed Man who showed me this vast land. He said to me “This is yours! This is your abundance! This is your Life. We will continue to walk it together!” Here I am, years later standing in a Lavender Field in the South of France. I had to physically touch the flower to make sure it was real. So grateful for the Light you’ve shown me time and time again. All the Glory goes to you! Thank you for trusting me with this gift. I will cherish it for as long as I walk this earth.
